When Love is in the Air, Female Friendship is the Real Valentine

2025-07-05
When Love is in the Air, Female Friendship is the Real Valentine The world is full of people, but sometimes it feels like you're all alone in the universe. As we navigate through life's challenges and celebrate female friendship this Valentines Day - a time when emotions run high as cupid strikes hard on our heartstrings (http://mashable.com/article/femalefriendshipvalentineaday), especially if your single, then those feelings of isolation are even more pronounced.

At the same time it seems like we have reached an age where anything and everything is open for discussion - so why not discuss female friendship. As Rachel Thompson has been quoted as saying "I celebrate my best friend's milestones with her now" (Rachel Thomson from Find Work Abroad: Find Work Abazard http://www.findworkabroad.com/). This shows just how important it can be to have someone there for you, especially on days like Valentines Day where everyone seems so caught up in their own love lives - as she further expressed "I'm grateful that our bond has seen us through thick and thin".
As we see from Thompson's expression of gratitude towards her friend this makes the world feel much smaller.

In addition to these feelings, female friendships are often more than just a way for girls (and guys alike) get together - but sometimes it can be so hard when there is pressure on being part of 'the group'. As someone who has gone through similar experiences themselves said "I never knew I had this kind of support" and further added that she was grateful to know her friends were always going to stick by each other, come what may.

The idea here isn't just about the individual but more so how everyone can make a difference in their own way - whether its being part of 'the group' at work or school; sharing our experiences with others and letting them be inspired from it. As Thompson stated "If only I could get an invite to join this kind of close-knit circle then my life would improve" (Thompson, op cit Find Work Abroad). It seems like the world is a better place when we have these kinds of female friendships because those bonds make us stronger in all aspects - especially on tough days such as Valentines Day.

On that note Thompson also shared "I love going out with friends and family to celebrate milestones" (Thompson, op cit Find Work Abroad) which makes it even more interesting since this would mean having some level of close-knit female friendship where everyone knows one another - so you could always count on someone else being there if needed.

Moreover as Valentines Day is an especially tough time for those who are single or have been recently hurt, Thompson's thoughts "If I was invited to join a group like that Id probably go since Im more inclined now" (Thompson from Find Work Abroad) brings up some very valid points regarding our own needs and what we require - which can be just as important if not more so than the actual Valentine’s Day itself.

As this all takes place on Valentines day, it is necessary to think of how female friendship plays such a big part in Thompson's life according that same group she was apart of "I would never want anything bad coming upon any kind deed from my side" (Thompson Find Work Abroad).

On top of everything else its also very important now more than ever for people like Rachel, who only recently found out about having female friends around her to feel better during those hard Valentine’s Days when single - because as Thompson pointed "Having females in your life that care and show their concern can make all the difference between success or failure" (Thompson Find Work Abroad).

In conclusion it seems like Rachel's journey is one we should be taking note of, especially at times such Valentines Day. As she expressed her deep appreciation for female friendships - "Having females in your life that care and show their concern can make all the difference between success or failure" (Thompson Find Work Abroad), this makes it a particularly important time to acknowledge just how much these close bonds have helped everyone involved from such an early stage right up until now when we're trying our best not be too hard on ourselves nor become so used and like Thompson says "That is the true secret".
These experiences can only ever come about because of females who care - in a way that truly matters, especially as Valentines Day shows us how much everyone cares from their own unique standpoints with deep concern shown by each woman towards one another.
